1. General Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and bad777 ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our"), accessible at bad777.vip. By registering an account, depositing funds, or otherwise accessing any feature of bad777, you enter into this agreement and accept full responsibility for compliance with all provisions set out herein.

bad777 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms at any time without prior notice. Changes to these Terms take effect immediately upon publication on the bad777 platform. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Continued use of the platform after any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms are written in English. In the event of any dispute regarding interpretation, the English-language version of this document shall prevail. All communications between bad777 and players are conducted in English.

bad777 operates exclusively as an English-language online gaming platform designed for and marketed to players based in Bangladesh. All transactions are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). 2. Eligibility & Age Restriction

3. Account Registration

Each individual is permitted to hold no more than one (1) active account on the bad777 platform. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether using the same or different personal details, email addresses, mobile numbers, device identifiers, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all balances.

3.1 Registration Information

You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during the registration process, including your legal full name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and a valid Bangladeshi mobile number. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of this information throughout the life of your account. Any discrepancy identified between the information on file and your actual identity may result in account suspension or closure.

3.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. bad777 strongly recommends that you choose a strong, unique password and enable two-factor authentication (2FA) via your registered Bangladeshi mobile number. You must not share your login credentials with any third party under any circumstances.

bad777 shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account that results from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials. If you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify bad777 support immediately via live chat or by email at [email protected] (plain text — not a clickable link).

3.3 Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification

bad777 is committed to maintaining a secure and trustworthy gaming environment. As part of this commitment, the platform operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process. You may be required to submit identity documents, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership at any stage of your relationship with bad777, including but not limited to:

• Before your first withdrawal is processed.
• When your cumulative deposits exceed a certain threshold within a rolling period.
• When bad777 identifies unusual account activity or has reason to suspect fraudulent behaviour.
• When your account details are updated, including changes to your registered mobile number or email address.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

All deposits and withdrawals on the bad777 platform are processed exclusively in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). bad777 supports the following payment methods for Bangladeshi players: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, Visa, and Mastercard.

4.1 Deposits

The minimum deposit amount on bad777 is ৳200. There is no maximum deposit limit under standard account conditions, although higher-value deposits may require additional verification. Deposits made via bKash and Nagad are credited to your account instantly. Deposits via bank transfer may take up to two (2) business hours to reflect in your account balance, subject to the processing times of the respective institution.

4.3 Currency and Exchange

Any conversion of foreign currency to BDT prior to depositing is the sole responsibility of the player and will be subject to the exchange rates and fees applied by the player's payment provider.

Attempting to claim the welcome bonus more than once by registering multiple accounts is a violation of these Terms and will result in the forfeiture of all bonus funds and associated winnings, as well as the closure of all associated accounts.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Any player found to have engaged in bonus abuse will have their bonus funds and any associated winnings voided, their account suspended, and may be permanently banned from the platform.

5.4 Promotional Validity

All promotions and bonuses are time-limited and subject to change or withdrawal at bad777's discretion without prior notice. Seasonal promotions tied to events such as BPL cricket season, Eid, Pohela Boishakh, Victory Day (December 16), and other significant dates in the Bangladeshi calendar will be governed by separate terms published at the time of the promotion.

6. Game Rules & Fair Play

All games offered on the bad777 platform — including slots, live casino tables, crash games, and sports betting markets — are governed by specific game rules published within the relevant game interface or betting section. Players are responsible for familiarising themselves with these rules before participating.

6.1 Random Number Generation

7. User Obligations

By using the bad777 platform, you agree to the following obligations at all times:

8. Account Suspension & Closure

8.1 Closure by the Player

In cases where an account is suspended pending investigation, bad777 will conduct a review within a reasonable timeframe. If the investigation concludes that no breach has occurred, the account will be reinstated and any withheld funds released. If a breach is confirmed, bad777 reserves the right to permanently close the account and, where applicable, void and forfeit all balances.

8.3 Dormant Accounts

An account is considered dormant if no login activity has been recorded for a continuous period of twelve (12) months. bad777 will make reasonable attempts to contact the account holder via their registered email address and mobile number before classifying an account as dormant. A monthly administration fee may be applied to dormant accounts after the initial twelve-month period. Any remaining balance at the time of account closure due to dormancy will be returned to the player upon submission of a verified request.

8.4 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, bad777 shall not be liable to you or any third party for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill. bad777's total aggregate liability to any individual player for any cause of action shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that player in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

These Terms & Conditions, together with any specific game rules, promotion terms, and the bad777 Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and bad777 with respect to your use of the platform. If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
